Are the add-ons upgrade-safe?
Yes, all MTS add-ons are built using SuiteCRM’s official extension points (modules, logic hooks, schedulers, and service classes). We never modify core files, ensuring your customizations remain intact during SuiteCRM upgrades.

What are the pricing options?
We offer three pricing options:
- Single Add-on: $299/add-on (store price) or $239/add-on (direct purchase)
Buy 5+ add-ons: $209/add-on (direct) – save 30% - 10 Add-ons Package: $1,495/year (store) or $1,196/year (direct) – save 50%
- Unlimited Package: $2,960/year (store) or $2,368/year (direct) – save 70%
Includes access to all current AND future add-ons
All prices are in USD and include 1 year of support and updates. VAT is included.
What does the license include?
Each license includes:
- Perpetual license for the add-on(s)
- 1 year of free updates
- 1 year of technical support
- Installation guide and documentation
What happens after the first year?
After 1 year, you can continue using the add-on with your existing version. To receive updates and continued support, you can renew your license:
- Year 2 renewal: 10% discount from original price
- Year 3+ renewal: 20% discount from original price
This means the longer you stay with us, the more you save on annual renewals.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with any add-on, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Installation & Setup
How do I install MTS add-ons?
Installation is straightforward:
- Download the add-on from our store after purchase
- Navigate to Admin > Module Loader in SuiteCRM
- Upload the package and install
- Run Quick Repair and Rebuild
Detailed installation guides are included with each purchase.
Do you offer installation support?
Yes! 10 Add-ons Package and Unlimited Package customers receive free installation support. For single add-on purchases, we can assist with installation at an additional fee. Contact us to schedule a remote installation session.
Can I install multiple add-ons together?
Yes, you can install multiple MTS add-ons on the same SuiteCRM instance. However, we recommend installing them one at a time and running Quick Repair after each installation to ensure everything works correctly.
